NOUGAT GLACé نــــــــــوكا كلاصي

les ingrédients:

8 blanc d'oeufs

600g de créme fraiche

2 feuilles de gélatine

200g de fruits secs ( amandes , noix de cajou , noix )

50 zeste d'oranges confites

sirop :

200g de sucre semoule

150g d'eau

80g de miel

chocolat pour le décor

8 بياض البيض
600غ قشدة طرية
2 ورقة جيلاتين
200غ فواكه جافة (لوز ، كركاع ، كاجو )
قليل من قشرة ليمونة معسلة
سيرو :
200غ سكر
150غ ماء
80غ عسل
للتزيين :
شكلاط

faire monter la créme fraiche en chantilley , si elle n'est pas sucré ajouter 3 càs de sucre semoule et laisser de coté

تضرب القشدة لحين تتكاتف ، إذا كانت غير حلوة ممكن إضافة 3 معالق من السكر وتترك جانبا

faire bouillir le sucre semoule et l'eau , et le miel pendant 12mn , puis battez les blancs d'eoufs pas ferme , puis ajouter petit à petit le sirop sans cesser de battre et laisser refroidir un peu

يغلى السكر ، الماء والعسل مدة 12 دقيقة ، ثم يضرب بياض البيض ثم نضيف القطر شيأ فشيأ مع التطريب

يترك يبرد

faire tremper les feuilles de gélatine dans l'eau froid , puis les insérer , puis les fondres dans un bain-marie , puis les ajouter aux blancs d'oeufs , puis ajouter la créme chantilly bien mélanger délicatement et ajouter les fruits secs grillés au four et concassés et le zeste d'oranges confits

ترطب أوراق جيلاتين في ماء بارد ثم تعصر باليد ، ثم تذاب في حمام مريم و تضاف إلى خليط بياض البيض ثم نضيف القشدة ويمزج الخليط بلطف ، ثم خليط الفواكه الجافة محمرة ومكسرة و قشرة الليمون المعسل مقطعة قطع صغيرة يمزج الكل​

mettez le mélange dans un moule à manqué et couvrir du papier sulfurisé et laisser tout une nuit au frigo

يفرغ الخليط في إيطار ملبس بالورق ألمنيوم ، ويغطى بسلوفان ويترك ليلة كاملة في المجمد

faire fondre un peu de chocolat , et metter-le dans des moules comme indiqué sur la photos ou selon votre gout et laisser refroidir au frigo et décorer votre gateau selon votre gout

يذاب كمية من الشكلاطة ثم تفرغ في قوالب خاصة بالشكلاطة أو حسب الموجود وتترك تبرد ثم تزين الحلوى حسب ذوقك
