une pincée de sel

100g praliné d'amandes

1 oeuf

la farine selon le mélange

ganache:

200g de chocolat

100g de nappage

100g praliné

décor :

chocolat blanc

amandes grillés

250غ زبدة - 180غ سكر سبيسيال - ملح - بيضة - 100غ براليني اللوز - الطحين حسب الخليط
الكناش : 200غ شكلاط ابيض - 100غ ناباج - 80غ براليني
التزيين : شكلاطة بيضاء - اللوز محمر بقشرته

4 البيضات، رابعة طحين، رابعة سنيدة، خمارة، قبصة ملح، قطرة خل، الطريقة : البيض + سكر + الخل + ملح + يضرب جيدا ثم + الدقيق ناقص معلقة كبيرة نعوضوها بكاكاو + الخميرة نخلطوا الكل ناخذوا إناء ملبس بالكاغيط ونبسطوا العجين لاطة 30 على 40 ثم تدخل الفرن مسخن شوي...
