BEIGNETS A LA CONFITURE بينيي بالمربى

les ingrédients:

500g de farine blanche

50g de beurre en dés

1 càs de sucre

1 càs de levure de boulanger

sel

1 sachet de vanille

un peu d'eau tiède pour ramasser la pate

confiture et sucre semoule

نصف كيلو دقيق

50غ زبدة أطراف

م ك سكر

م ك خميرة معجونة

ملح

فاني

ماء دافئ لجمع العجين

مربى و سكر سنيدة

Préparation:

mettez la farine , ajouter la levure , le sel , le sucre , les dés de beurre , la vanille et l'eau , bien pétrir la pate ,laisser reposer 5mn puis étaler au rouleau , et laisser 1cm de hauteur , couper en cercle et laisser doubler de volume

نعملوا الدقيق ، نضيف الزبدة ، السكر ، ملح ، فاني ، والماء تدلك جيدا ثم ترتاح 5 دق

تطلق بالمدلك وتكون غليظة شوي ثم نقطعوها بالقطاعة دائرية وتترك تخمر

تقلى في زيت غزير

les farcir avec de la confiture

نعملوا فتحة من الجانب وتحشى بالمربى و تمرر في السكر سنيدة

les passer dans le sucre semoule

بالصحة والراحة
